PixelToWeb collects information you choose to provide through website forms. The main contact form may collect your full name, email address, reason for contacting us, an optional template selection, an optional order or purchase reference, a subject, and your message.
Some product demos also contain working sample forms. When submitted, those forms may collect a name, email address, and message. Like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure may also process standard technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and timestamps in connection with delivering and protecting the site.
How We Use Information
We use information submitted through PixelToWeb to operate the website and respond to the purpose for which it was provided. This can include answering pre-sales questions, providing template support, helping with purchase or download issues, responding to customization or licensing questions, and handling general business inquiries.
Information may also be used to protect forms from abuse, maintain reasonable business and support records, diagnose technical issues, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Contact and Demo Forms
Information submitted through the PixelToWeb contact form is stored so we can review and respond to the inquiry. Product demo forms are examples of form functionality included with templates, but submissions made through demos on pixeltoweb.com may also be stored for demonstration and testing purposes.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form or any product demo.
Security
PixelToWeb uses reasonable technical safeguards designed to protect website forms and submitted information. These include server-side validation, request-verification controls, rate limiting, bot-detection measures, secure session settings, and security-related HTTP headers.
Some forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile when it is enabled in the site configuration. Turnstile is used to help distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse and may process technical information necessary to perform that verification.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Third-Party Services
PixelToWeb uses third-party services and infrastructure where needed to deliver and protect the website. For example, pages may load fonts from Google Fonts and frontend libraries from jsDelivr. When your browser connects to those services, the provider may receive standard technical request information such as your IP address and browser details.
Cloudflare Turnstile may also be used on forms when enabled. Third-party providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Demo Websites and Templates
PixelToWeb hosts live product demos so visitors can evaluate template layouts and features. Business names, copy, images, contact details, services, and other information shown in a demo may be fictional or sample content and should not be interpreted as representing an actual business.
Some demos contain working sample forms. Do not enter sensitive personal information into a demo form.
After a customer downloads and deploys a PixelToWeb template on another website, that website owner is responsible for configuring appropriate privacy practices for their own use, including their privacy policy, forms, analytics, cookies, third-party integrations, and contact information. This Privacy Policy applies to pixeltoweb.com, not automatically to websites built from PixelToWeb templates.
Purchases and Payments
The public PixelToWeb contact and demo forms do not ask for full payment-card numbers, security codes, or bank credentials. A contact inquiry may include an optional order or purchase reference so we can understand a support request.
If a purchase is completed through a third-party payment service linked from PixelToWeb, payment information provided directly to that service is handled under that provider's own privacy practices. Do not send payment-card details through PixelToWeb message fields.
Data Retention
We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide support, maintain business records, protect the site, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention can vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights regarding personal information associated with you. These may include requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information, or asking questions about how it is used.

PixelToWeb is a marketplace for website templates and is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through pixeltoweb.com, please contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
International Visitors
PixelToWeb can be accessed from different countries. Information may be processed in locations where PixelToWeb or the service providers used to operate the site process information. Privacy protections and legal requirements can differ by location.
