Appointments are recommended so we can reserve enough time for your service. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows; call ahead to check.
For a first color visit, major change, or color correction, please request a consultation first. We will discuss your hair history, goals, timing, and an individual quote.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of 50% of the booked service price, as agreed when your booking is confirmed.
A 25% deposit may be requested for bridal appointments or color services lasting two hours or more. Any deposit and cancellation terms will be confirmed before payment.
Bring a few inspiration photos and share any recent color or chemical treatments. For color appointments, arrive with dry hair free of heavy styling products. We will advise you if your service needs different preparation.
